The entry with the most correct answers will be eligible to win the prize. In the event of a tie, a series of challenge questions will be sent out, and a 48 hour turnaround time will be provided for answers. The entry with the most correct answers will take the prize. In the event of a tie, up to 2 more rounds of challenge questions will be sent out, in order to decide a winner. If there is a tie after 3 Challenge rounds, the prize will be shared amongst the winning entries. 3. All entries must be mailed to quizmaster@premiertutoring.com and must include the name, age, grade, school and contact number of the participants. As per Premier Tutoring’s PRIVACY POLICY, no information collected will be disseminated to any 3rd party, and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest. 4. GRAND PRIZE: The prize is one $50 gift certificate (one each for elementary and high school levels) from Chapters/Indigo. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation and verification by Premier Tutoring, Inc. Taxes, fees and all other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. 5. This contest is brought to you by Premier Tutoring; we are not liable or in any way responsible for the accuracy of answers that we provide. While Premier Tutoring intends to provide accurate answers, we make no assurances that all answers will be 100% accurate. There is no recourse in the event that an inaccurate answer is posted and then later revised, once the contest has ended. 6. RESTRICTIONS: Sponsor and affiliated companies are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections. Sponsors and their affiliated companies, its affiliates are not responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Contest, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries, including data entered by entrants. Sponsor and their affiliated companies and its affiliates reserve the right to discontinue the Contest at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered. 7. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel all or any portions of the Contest because of technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or for other reasons that corrupt the Contest in any manner. Sponsor also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, who attempts to enter the Contest in any manner or through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, or who attempts to disrupt the Contest or to circumvent any of these Official Rules. 8. All winners must mail in proof of age and current grade level in order to confirm eligibility. Winners will have 30 days to submit proof of age and current grade, or else risk forfeiting any prize. 9. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant’s participation in the Contest, All entrants agree Canadian law shall apply exclusively to the Contest and that any dispute with respect to the Contest shall be resolved in provincial courts located in the Ontario. 10.
