For Using Premier Tutoring's Editing Service

Property and Risk While Premier Tutoring will endeavor to provide the best possible service, and strive for complete customer satisfaction, we make no guarantee that our service will be 100% perfect or error-free. Premier Tutoring does not make any guarantees, express or implied, as to the results obtained from the service. Premier Tutoring takes no responsibility for the content of a document. It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to check the document to ensure that any interpretation on Premier Tutoring’s part is correct. Limitations on Liability In no event shall PREMIER TUTORING be liable for any loss of profits or business incurred by the CUSTOMER, or poor study grades, resulting from any document that PREMIER TUTORING has edited. PREMIER TUTORING will not be liable for computer failure, software failure or malfunction or any other damages or loss suffered by the CUSTOMER (whether directly or indirectly). This shall include the result of unauthorized activity. The CUSTOMER shall indemnify PREMIER TUTORING against any claim and the cost of defending such claim. This contract is to be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Canada and any dispute will be dealt within the Court of Ontario in Canada. In no event shall PREMIER TUTORING's liability, in respect of all claims for loss, misrepresentation or omission, exceed the total paid for the service. PREMIER TUTORING shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising in any manner out of the provision of any consulting or support services by a third party to the CUSTOMER notwithstanding that PREMIER TUTORING may have introduced or recommended that third party to the CUSTOMER. PREMIER TUTORING will not be liable for delay in performing obligations or for failure to perform obligations, if delay or failure arises from any cause beyond PREMIER TUTORING’s reasonable control.
